We help a charity called "Angels Hands". They help kids with rare diseases. It's such an amazing cause. They provide medical assistance to those who need it, but most importantly, fun activities for the families.
Saturday was their annual Christmas party at Hollywood Connection. The kids get an activity band to ride the rides, skate and miniature golf. We had pizza and soda and then Santa came. We ended the event by seeing the new Narnia movie. This charity was started by our neighbor, Mark Kristensen. They lost their son, Matt, 9 years ago to Hunters Syndrome. It's cool to see what has been created in his honor.
My cute cousin and his wife, Adam and Camarie, came over for dinner last night. We had a yummy dinner, played some games and sat and talked for a bit. Taylor killed us all at Rumikub, he won both times. Such a smart lil' whipper snapper. And then my team (James, Taylor and I) kicked their (Adam, Camarie and Madelyn) trash at Mad Gab. That game cracks me up.
Fun weekend, now back to the daily grind.
